The New Black was highly recommended to me, and it truly surpassed my expectations. The venue has a fantastic atmosphere, perfect for a weekend breakfast. The coffee and food were incredible, with the thick-cut bacon being a standout feature. The service struck the ideal balance of being friendly and attentive while allowing us to savor our meal. I would give it a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it!
Great little place, with an even better seating nook out the back. The Fried Chicken Benny was delicious, the Waffle OK, and the coffee good. Really wanted the Panna cotta but wasn’t available. Neat little menu but not extensive. Hip little eatery and would recommend to try.
We visited for a breakfast gathering as a mini family reunion with 17 people, and the staff were incredible! They were friendly and attentive, and our food and drinks arrived promptly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Went for breakfast and the food was unbelievable. My partner go and try something new every weekend but we’ll be coming back for sure. I had the chicken something and oh my god was it good.
The laneway seating is a great touch. Also pet friendly... The selection of food is great, some new takes on old favourites... Staff are friendly and helpful... Great value for money...

The laneway provides a lovely atmosphere. The food was delightful, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They even provided our Pug with a water bowl. Thank you!
