The New Dynasty

Awful experience at New Dynasty tonight. Our food was ordered at 6:20 to be delivered at 7 and didn’t arrive until 7:40. Didn’t receive a phone call to explain it was going to be late and when it arrived it all had to be microwaved. The worst part was the customer service we received over the phone; unhelpful, rude and totally unprofessional. Wouldn’t offer a refund until we tried every item in the bag to make sure they were all cold! After an 11 minute phone call we were eventually offered 20% off our order. Will definitely never eat from here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. Hugely disappointing.

my fav chinese in magherafelt,lovely food,very friendly staff.This is the only chinese i go to in my area.A few times i asked for coke zero they didn't have it but now stock up on my favorite drink.really can't fault the place.The girls behind the counter are very friendly to even when busy

Told us our order would be ready in 45 mins, so we went and collected our other food order somewhere else. Went back about 50 minutes later and we were told it would be another 45 minutes, absolute joke, should really get there timing correct, will not be a returning customer

Food is amazing best in Magherafelt the young girl behind the counter is always so pleasant and kind when we are in. Highly recommended

Food is decent but its the most expensive Chinese in Magherafelt. It also opens up for lunch which is handy.
