My husband and I drove from NYC to eat in the Mekong District in Nyack and the foods surpassed all our expectations! We are big fans of Vietnamese cuisine and this place is now at the top of our go to places, even if it's a little ride. Pho with oxtail was delicious, especially the broth... the kind of broth you want to sneak out of the bowl or take home to sneak later! The curry mussels were amazing .... the curry itself almost over the shells, beef cubes were tender and since there was the first dish I tried quite inhaled the food (no photos), chicken and waffles were perfection.... honestly there was not a single dish that is not worth to keep this review short, I will just say if you hap...
They’ve just been open a week or so and it was nice to return and see the Office so refreshed. The space is revamped and modernized, while still paying homage to the former theme. The food we had was fine, the amount of seared tuna on the salad was a bit skimpy, but it was all fresh and simple. Apply crisp missed the mark a bit by being a bit underdone and skimpy on the “crisp.” However they have a long way to go in terms of being up and running so well give them a pass and return again after they’ve had time for fine tuning. Excellent little place for dinner. We had the chicken pho and three beef pho and the lemon grass steak with fried rice. Everything was delicious. The pho was fresh and you could taste the flavor of the lemon grass on the meat but not overbearing. The restaurant is great for friends, couples and groups alike. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant is in a busy town so I would include time to find parking if you're meeting up with friends.
Unbelievably amazing food!!! Like many of the other reviewers, I've tried a whole bunch of different pho restaurants (in Fort Lee, NYC, etc. , and NEVER have had a bowl this good. The broth is definitely my favorite part--SO flavorful. You'll know from the first sip... The waiter we had was also great! Super humorous dude. Great stuff, Mekong! Can't come back 5,000 more times...

My wife and I enjoyed the meal and the service was outstanding. The noise level and the number of children shocked me. I didn't expect all the who-hawing from the bar area (must have been some sports thing) and the number of children (and screaming children). I would think twice before going again.
They did a great job on the renovations! Feels like a completely different restaurant from decor and music, to food and staff, we enjoyed every moment of our experience! Fun with a group of friends and plates large enough to share. Awesome specialty drinks too. Highly recommend!!!
