Visited here tonight for an evening meal. Ordered flat iron steak, and person I was with ordered the chicken burger. Chicken burger seemed okay, apart from the coleslaw which had too much onion. My flat iron steak however was really poor quality meat, the cut of the steak was all wrong that I knew it was going to be tough even before I cut into it (my dad was a butcher so I learnt a thing or two). The steak was inedible and I ended up just eating the chips, mushrooms and green beans, which there wasn’t much of unfortunately.
