Absolutely appalling experience. We walked in expecting a pleasant meal but were met with some of the rudest customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The lady wearing shorts and a dark blue shirt was incredibly disrespectful, dismissive, and made us feel completely unwelcome from the start. Her attitude alone was enough for us to decide to leave without ordering. No customer should be treated with that level of hostility. There are plenty of restaurants that actually value their customers, so we’ll be spending our money elsewhere. I certainly won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting even basic courtesy.
Delicious cocktails and the best vegan roast I've had for a long time if not ever! My partner had one of the fresh pizzas, he said it was excellent . The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We had originally sat in their outside area for a cocktail but time moved on and we decided to have some food. We asked yo move seats and were accommodated with no fuss. Prices are reasonable when compared to similar Liverpool eateries. Would most definitely recommend for all food preferences and will be returning when I get the chance.
During my stay in Liverpool, from 9 13 May, with my husband, we visited The Old School House twice. On both occasions the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and our drinks were too. We were both surprised and delighted at the total cost of both meals. Thank you to all.
amazing experience. we were constantly checked on and attended to. food was perfect. my sister got an iced oat vanilla latte and she couldn’t taste the vanilla. went up and the lady had no problem sorting it out. definitely will be coming back

Completely stupid way of just ordering drinks, no bar service just stand by a post in the middle of the room and hope that one of the staff take the time to stop and take you order, then they can't get the drinks right
The food was so salty, the steak was poor quality and full of gristle and the service was really very poor. The lady on the front desk was great though.
Great food and non alcoholic cocktails available here, lovely interior and indoor/ outdoor seating perfect for summer!
Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was excellent. Quick service. Calm atmosphere. Clean. Very happy
