This restaurant is good for family dinning. Food is very basic pasta dishes but very reasonably priced. Drinks are good with good portions of wine that are very reasonable. Bigger groups can be accommodated but a reservation is a must even during week days. Food is basic pastas with a small amount of alternatives. Service was very good but drinks were slow due to a back up at the bar - this included non alcohol drinks. Our server was very attentive but was covering a number of big tables. It appears that they were a bit under staffed for servers. So it is best to be quick in ordering your different courses and deserts.
It was a very long wait to get in. They said 25 min wait but it was 45 mins. The waitress was great. Very friendly and happy to help. The restaurant was very cold even the men were cold. I had the French onion soup as a starter for my pasta meal and it was a little bland but it had a lot of cheese on it. My pasta was delicious. I wish they had chocolate ice cream as one of the options. The wait for the food was pretty quick. I really enjoy the atmosphere of the old spaghetti factory. Will be back.
We were there for an early dinner so were seated immediately and basically in and out in 30 minutes - which was fine by us. Very good service, polite, friendly and fast. The food was tasty and I'm NOT a pasta person but because of the bread, salad, coffee and desert included (and for a very reasonable price), I was full and enjoyed the meal. Free wi-fi, drink specials and lots of parking, I can see why this is my daughter's favorite chain.
Today we ate at this location and had a young man serving us! I found him to be very good! The food was as to be expected, and the restaurant very clean! We had a group of 8 and everyone really enjoyed the meal. The bread that was served first was so good and warm, then we all had the house salad followed by pasta!I would recommend this place for families!
I enjoyed a great meal at The Old Spaghetti Factory with family. The service was top-of-class, and the food was great. Many restaurants as popular as this one don't allow reservations; but we were able to call ahead to reserve our table which reduced our waiting time dramatically.
Service started out slow, but waitress apologized and all was great ! Started meal with wonderful sourdough bread. I had the clam chowder, Yum. Hubby had minestrone soup, chicken parmesane sandwich with fries. All very tastie, and hot. Looking forward to going back soon.
