The Old Spaghetti Factory

The Spaghetti Factory does the job for an evening meal when you have been out hiking all day and need to refuel. We had to wait around 40mins for a table at 7pm so be aware it's busy at peak times. Banff is full of locally sourced and owned restaurants and this definitely feels like a chain restaurant compared. The food comes out very quickly and is reasonably priced. Wouldn't say this is a must, but it definitely does the job.

I've eaten at just about every place there is to eat in Banff, what I love about the spaghetti factory is the consistency. The service is always top shelf and the food never disappoints! The one price includes all is great! I recommend a reservation if they are taking them, but even if they're not I've never waited more than 25 mins.

We were celebrating a birthday. Wait staff was fair at best. Long wait to be seated. Friends of front desk seated first regardless of when they arrive. Food was good but portions are big. No half sizes available. Nice view overlooking main street if you are able to get a window seat.

Stumbled on to this location in Banff. Standard chain restaurant, but definitely don't let that sway you. Really good food, great prices, great atmosphere, great location. Service maybe a bit slow, but not bad. Would highly recommend this for just about anybody.

Had a bit of a wait to get a table but once we did, all was good. My wife said her salad with chicken was excellent and I had some good pasta. If you need to feed a family, this is value.

Had a great lunch here. Always nice to know that no matter which location you eat at, it tastes the same. Josh was excellent!
