Tonight, my family of five, including three young children, dined at this restaurant. Our server, Brian, was exceptional—hands down the best we've ever had. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly respectful, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Brian made us feel welcome and helped ease our nerves about dining out with little ones. Thank you, Brian, for your outstanding service; I hope management recognizes your talent soon. I also want to extend my gratitude to the kitchen staff for preparing and serving our food in a timely manner.
It's the Spaghetti Factory. We tried the spaghetti with mizithra cheese and browned butter, and it was absolutely delicious. This restaurant offers a complete dining experience that includes soup or salad, the main course, dessert, and a fresh loaf of bread, all of which were very tasty. The service was impressively quick, especially considering it was homecoming and the place was quite busy.
Fall is upon us ... rain was coming in.. decided to enjoy our first pasta plates of the season with family at The Old Spaghetti Factory. The restaurant was hopping. The service was great , food was fresh and affordable. I took some chocolate cake home fordessert... I really appreciate that the portion size was big. Will definitely go again
Visited last week with a group of 5. Sat at the bar prior to eating. Was served by a bald gentleman who was extremely rude and could have cared less that we were sitting there. The food was ok at best but servers were fairly hostile. Definitely the worst of the Spaghetti Factory locations. Worth the drive to go to the other locations.

I am really frustrated after my second experience at this location. I ordered chicken parmesan, and the portion was tiny—just enough for about four bites. I'm not exaggerating. This has happened to me twice now. I paid $30 for delivery, and I’m really upset about it. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Consider yourself warned.
This place has great ambiance. The food is very delicious and has wide varieties of veg and non veg options. I tried ordered fettuccine Alfredo, garlic cheese bread and toasted ravioli. Drink options are also great and they do make non alcoholic drinks as well. I would love to visit again.
Had a great experience at this point. Our server Elaina (not sure to spell, was very friendly and helpful and we left with a great experience because of her. The interior is beautiful and the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely a mood changer and that's why we're back.
This location never disappoints! You can't go wrong with the spinach and meat tortellini. The portions are large (I always take 1/2 home for later) and one low price includes bread, soup or salad, entree and dessert. Our waiter was awesome and on top of it! A

I really love ambience and the whole concept of eating in a train. My favorite entree is the chicken mizithra cheese and also the Chicken marsala is my favorite. Do give this restaurant a try.
