I came to old weavers on Christmas Day with my family, we had a table of 9. The staff and manager here made our experience so lovely and completely made our Christmas Day perfect! The service was fantastic, we wanted for nothing. The food with beautifully cooked and amazing value for money. We have decided to make it a Christmas tradition! A welcoming staff. Did not have reservation but staff were very helpful and made us a table of 7. But it is recommended to make reservation as in few minutes it was full up since it was Sunday lunch. Food genuine and authentic British. Served quickly . Good value for money. Welcoming and cosy atmosphere.
We both enjoyed delicious steak pies with chips and vegetables, followed by yummy treacle sponge and custard. Our waitress, Hina, was friendly and helpful. We’ll be returning here next time we’re in Canterbury.
We had a lovely meal and also enjoyed the interior of this historical house. They specialise in pies and they all looked good. We tried fish pie which was delicious. Also good selection of local beers Réservez une table maintenant
We like old curious old beams and good service.You will find it all there.The dishes we ordered could not be faulted,neither could the friendly service ans within 100 meters from the Abode hotel
Would be 5 stars, but feel, a couple more visits are necessary, before I give any place 5 stars. We were in Canterbury on an off and on rainy day.
I got a chicken pizza and it was delicious! Came with a glass of wine too. Its a little pricey in general but great food and nice staff.
