The Old Yard Tapas

really enjoyed the vegan halloumi, red pfeffer and mushroom gyros with maple glaze that I had for lunch today, which perfectly boiled, spiced and full of taste. textur wise, the halloumi was nothing like the real thing, but I still enjoyed it. the meal also came with chips, an aioli dip and a small beside salad that were delicious. the employees were very friendly and attentive and the mood during the lunch menu was excellent with the entire outside seating area full and vivid. it would be great to have an evening meal here one day.

wow, what a fabulous, luminous atmosphere, authentic beer-fed interieur with a lot of seat on two flat and an outside terrace (lightly in summer rows) the vegan tapas menu is rich in Spanish and Greek oriented. after a few halves of the charming estrella galicia we ordered patatas bravas, roasted eggplant around vegan feta, mushroom pan roasted in garlic and estragon, fried halloumi in lemon, hummus and pitta brote, all of which were excellent. a fabulous place to visit again.

the old yard tapas bar has separate vegan menus for tapas options and lunch options. I had the beetroot salat, patatas aioli and boorekakia. the patatas was delicious and the salat was good, was not on the boorekke, since it was very bad and I am not a fan of vegan cheese. the staff was friendly, the building could do with something tlc and smells not good.

They had a separate vegan lunch tapas menu with loads of different options. One of the tapas dishes was vegan black pudding and chorizo, it was really tasty. They also had small bottles of vegan (labeled) prosecco which was a nice treat!
