The second I walked into this establishment on 8/13 6:15 pm and i felt as if me spending my money here was a burden. I sat at the bar and the bartender could not have been less friendly. I would love to tell you her name, but she never introduced herself. I understand having a bad day, I truly do. But this was hands down the worst experience I ever had. I was with a guy I just met, and he even commented that she needs to find a new line of work. Menus thrown at us. Receipts thrown at us. No “welcome in!” Or anything of that sort. Said regular menu until 10 but we had to order from late night menu even though it was before 10. Pizza wasn't hot when delivered to table but good flavor. Service was very slow even though there were only 2 other tables with patrons. Probably explains cold pizza. Waiter never returned for credit card so we had to leave cash. Overall not a place I would recommend
I've been here before and will be back next time we are in the area. Food and service are second to none. This is hands down my favorite pizza, so I always take the opportunity to grab some of I am anywhere close to an OP location. The increased number in the KC area has helped me introduce a number of people to this wonderful establishment.
Sports bar/restaurant atmosphere. The food is good. I will say their pizza and fried food is really good. The chicken strips and shrimp basket is a good price. Their fries are really good. If you are going to get a burger, this is not the place. The burger was a generic frozen patty, a small amount of toppings and nothing special in flavor. Réservez une table maintenant
The food was good, but the service was terrible. Never got a refill on our drinks. Saw our waitress probably 2 times during the 2 hours we were there. They have their payment system setup so the lowest tip you can leave is 18%, I normally tip 20% but when the service isn’t good, I’m not leaving an 18% tip.
