I came here to eat with my group of friends and got the beef bibimbap. The ambience was really great, and you can find street parking. However, the reason for my rating is solely based on the food.
The bimbimbap was very very salty and I found it extremely difficult to finish, and did not complete my dish. If only a few of the components were salty, I think it would have been fine, but all the condiments, including the meat, and the rice (which was soaked in a sauce) was very salty. The dish comes with a spicy sauce which was very nice, but because the dish was already salty, I did not add it. I have often walked by the Oxford and wondered what it would be like. Last week a group of us decided to try their meals out. The restaurant as such was more in their front bar, so it was loud and rowdy for weekend night. They have mismatched chairs and decor which I loved. The chair was very uncomfortable though. The lighting was low, but a small candle table allowed me to see the menu. I ordered a chicken burger and was absolutely delighted with the result. It was a very busy night with several large parties. Our waitress was still very attentive and when she realised we’d been waiting a while for our meals, came over with a round of drinks and an apology for the delay. We weren’t all that fussed about the wait though because the DJ music was so awesome (80s indie, some of it remixed). Great array of whiskies and gins.
I took my mum out for lunch today and we both had the Super Food Salad. It was out of this world amazing!!! The staffs were all so friendly and helpful I would recommend them to anyone and will defiantly be coming back! Thank you for making a simple lunch out so enjoyable.

Took my wife out for dinner at the Oxford after hearing about the food from a friend. We shared an amazing salad and burger. Food was really really good, awesome range of beers too.
I have been drinking and eating in this pub for many years, it's has some ups an downs, but if you haven't been there for a while go for it, food is great.

Well, if you want a bit of class and happen to be in Adelaide then the Oxford Hotel is certainly one of those places to check out.
