I've eaten there six times since last year and I've never had an order come out properly. Its usually the wrong sauce on the veil or the pasta. If you ask then to fix it they wont remake it or even scrape the old sauce off the veil, just dump the sauce you wanted right over the meat sauce. The servers will usually argue with you when you point out a mistake and try to blame you for it. Make sure you have everything in your order from them in the resturant when getting take out, they have a bad habit of forgetting to send everything and you have to come back to the store. Went for Breakfast on Sunday. It was busy but not crazy busy. We were treated like we were an inconvenience. Waitress was nice but not overly friendly. She also charged me for coffees and we didn't have coffees. I paid and then realized the mistake as we weren't given a bill, just the debit machine. When I questioned after it was corrected but I was made to feel that the mistake was my fault because they were busy.Did not leave a very good impression with me or my partner.
Great food! But service was very disappointing: Was not offered coffee/tea ahead of ordering our meals. Took forever for the server to come over to take our orders, and she looked put out or annoyed with us even before we ordered. She did not come back to check on us or top up our coffees. Well after we finished we had to go get the server for our bills, etc. etc. Not happy with the experience at all and we may never go back, even though the food was great.
4 of us went to family dinner today in Paris for our first time at lunch time ..The staff and atmosphere were excellent..a large menu to choose from ..Even have a seniors menu for old folks like us who are 60 and over ..lots of food and price was good..Thank you to our waitress for her patience and her smile

Today was my second visit to the Paris diner. A very clean and well laid out restaurant. I’ve had the breakfast (sausage and eggs) on my first visit and was very good. Today I had the bacon burger, imagine real meat made fresh,the best burger I’ve had in years. We will be back. Thanks Fran ! Great service
Very good food portions plenty can't beat the smoked meat sandwich where you get 2nd sandwich for just 25 cents Do Not mistake Paris Diner for the old place Paris Country Grill no where affiliated
Best diner food around! Variety of menu items for reasonable prices. Their breakfast menu is great. You won't be disappointed.
