I gave them 4 stars just because they make yummy chocolate drinks! We were not overly hungry to try their main dishes, just a quick bite of their chorizo appetizers. Very tasty, by the way! But this place had just an amazing view of the river, I love it. It’s a popular place for people on their way to watch the game. Excellent service from staff too. We’ll have to come here again next time to try their food!
An excellent location under a delightful tree with good shade and lots of umbrellas. You can choose shaded, filtered light and sunny tables. Lovely staff .... and best of all very good food at excellent prices. On a comparison with its neighbour Toast it is far better value for money, far better food and by a huge margin far better staff.Definitely one of the best waterside cafe resturants in Perth.Pete
Really enjoyed our day at The Partisan. A great variety of food, coffee and drinks with beer on tap and lunch specials they were still happy to cook after 5pm. Ordered the chilli mussels which was one of the best I’ve had. Plump, fresh oysters, cooked perfectly in a great sauce that we soaked up with garlic bread. Very accommodating staff and a beautiful spot by the water.
Came here for Sunday breakfast, as you can imagine it was pretty busy. Saying that the service was very good and once ordered the meals came out pretty quick. Coffee was excellent. I had the breakfast burger and have been thinking about it all week- it was divine. Think Ill be back there this weekend lol Réservez une table maintenant
Came here for breakfast before work on Thursday... soo much quieter then the restaurant toast next door. The menu isn't as extensive but the presentation, serving size and quality of food is a lot better by my standards. The service was lovely and everything was just wonderful!!

I had a delicious wild mushrooms, with poached eggs, avocado, asparagus, and hollandaise sauce it was incredible! Lovely friendly service in a beautiful location.
