We do actually eat here from time to time. The food is Ok. Nothing special but edible. The staff are snotty. Don’t think I’ve ever heard a please or thank you from them. Speak to you like they’re doing you a favour by serving you mediocre food. The girls on the phone and front of house sound like they should be extras in a poor tv soap portraying the worst possible scouse accent you could imagine. Alls they need to say to sell it is “lad ye gorra light there fella”.
asked for a chicken kebab ,,i got chicken chips,,the chips were not requested ,,no pitta no salad no mayo ,,,used to be ok this chippy ,,,there always in a rush on the phone with the order ,,so therefore when the order turns up its ALWAYS wrong,,just listen to what the customer wants ...anyway it got binned
Ordered a chicken kebab, chicken curry some salt pepper chips between us. Plenty enough food for 2 people at good prices. Chicken kebab was lovely and fresh, come with chips which I didn’t know about. The curry was also lovely, spicy. Salt pepper chips had a lovely taste but were quite soggy.
Ordered a chicken kebab, normal kebab portion of chips and a couple of scallops. Only thing edible was scallops all rest went in bin. If the staff concentrated on cooking food properly instead of laughing and joking about nt a problem if they did good food then maybe would have more customers Réservez une table maintenant
This is the first time been to peeps what amazing service the lady on the phone who taken my order was lovely the food was amazing would recommend this chippy to anyone I will not be going back to my old chippy I will be staying with peeps thank you for the lovely food best money well spent
Stopped off as late finishing work , disappointing Fish and chips. Waited for kebab, this was lovely and fresh. Fish was like rubber and cold as where the peas potted up before Kebab was cooked. Requested small chips and fish. Order came as large chips small fish. Expensive failed meal.
I feel I have to leave a review,I have been using this chip shop for over four years .I travel a good 30 miles round trip for a special fried rice ,which cannot be beaten . And look forward to the next one ,five stars . Colin from Southport .
Ordered pizza,when eating it found a peice of pointy plastic in it,called peeps,came and collected pizza and ortherwise not interested.wont be ordering from there,didn't even get the order right in the 1st place,forgot the pizza. Réservez une table maintenant
I've never had a problem with the food always get a couple of sausages for the dog. And now and again wen the owner sees the dog he always give her a sausage while we wait for r meal. Thanks from a boxer owner
