The Phoenix Inn - Réservation de table

Came in here about 2 years ago to get a Sunday roast while me and my partner are eating another customers dog went for a poo in the middle of the floor and the staff thought it was cute and didn’t make the slightest fuss. I came in over the weekend with my one year old twins and the staff did nothing but badger me for the duration of my meal telling me to tell my kids to stop crying when in fact they weren’t making that much noise at all, so dogs pooping in the floor are welcome, but babies in buggies are not, odd place with odder staff will not be returning

We attended their annual festival yesterday with friends and what a day!! Everything was so well planned, thought out incredible food enjoyed and drinks a plenty all whilst sat in the sunshine in their garden Thank you so much , we danced sang ate drank from the time we arrived until we left! Brilliant day

For sunday roast fans, the beef slices are thick. The yorkshire pudding could be better but the vegs and potatoes trump the yorkshire pudding. Will be back. It was busy inside so the service was slow but they are all lovely.

Stumbled across this lovely pub by accident today but so glad we did! Best sausage sandwich I’ve had in years, lovely friendly staff and a nice atmosphere….. will definitely be back!! Réservez une table maintenant

First time visiting Phoenix Inn, but will definitely be visiting again. Amazing food, beautiful dog friendly garden and super friendly staff. Could not recommend enough!

Such lovely pub , nice food and atmosphere. The chef which I believe is the owner is the best person . Can’t wait to come back again

This pub is a little germ. We had the best fish and chip ever. The sticky toffee pudding with custard is amazing as well.
