During a recent walking tour, our guide suggested we visit The Piper for a taste of Scottish cuisine. We were thrilled with the delicious food and generous portions. On the Friday night we visited, we were treated to live music that had everyone singing along. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a wonderful atmosphere for our dining experience.
I enjoy going to this pub as it has a nice atmosphere and the food is really good. Unfortunately on my last visit there were six members of staff behind the bar and I was the only customer needing to be served. It took ages for somebody to eventually look at and serve me. This soured my opinion but after that, the service was fine.
Had a meal on Saturday and it was lovely . The place was busy . The staff were brilliant couldn’t do enough for you . The atmosphere was good and the singer was brilliant. The DJ was good playing a lot off older music which we like . Will be back again
Lovely pub but bought 2 rounds exact same drinks 1st round £9.50, 2nd round £10.15 . 2 different people serving, a hike of 75p more for same drinks. Think the bar people need to learn the exact prices Réservez une table maintenant
I always enjoy my time at The Piper. The staff is friendly, they offer a wide selection of high-quality whisky, and the live music is fantastic.
Only popped in for a quick drink but received a warm welcome and good service from the barman and enjoyed the friendly buzz of the place.
Nice little tourist bar, good selection of standard whiskey, a bar like the tourist imagines, with tasting sets for beginners.
This is a popular pub in downtown Glasgow. They had a DJ playing 70s 80s popular music the evening we visited. Réservez une table maintenant
