The heat from the spices were great Im never disappointed with the turkey bbq I even got some bbq sauce which added a extra kick to the bbq. The potato salad is always ok a little bland but not really bad the Mac and cheese I always a hit or miss it was better than the last time I had it
The Pit was all I wanted. The baby back ribs fell from the bone and the pulled pig was delicious. The parts were huge too! My server, Hope, was wonderful, happy to answer all my questions and make suggestions. The Pit gets 10/10!
The food and service were great! The Brisket was the best for us; followed closely by the Brussels Sprouts. And save room for the Banana Pudding… The food was quick out of the kitchen; and the service was great at all levels.

This place is incredible- the chopped pork was smoky and delicious! The fried chicken and collards greens are old school, Southern cooking. One of our new faves in RDU!!!
