Love this place!!!! and I don't even need to eat gluten free . . .and I am not a vegan but these folks have put together some of the tastiest food I have munched on . . . gluten free or otherwise . . . in a long time!!! Don't even think about those apple fritters because you will be addicted!!! Best Gluten free crackers EVER!!!. Go early if you go as things sell out quickly. I love that the bakers only make what is good for the day so that everything on the shelf is always fresh. I love the staff. I love the Republika coffee there is nothing like it but mostly I love the food. Hmm day off on Thursday it might be a good day for a lunch out. My fiancé and I love this place. Fantastic little local bakery and bistro. Love all the gluten free and vegan options and such great quality ingredients. If you live in Abbotsford or in the Fraser Valley it's definitely worth checking out! My non vegan, meat eating fiancé loves it it too! There's literally something for everyone! The staff and owners are wonderful people too, awesome customer service!
It was so very exciting to bring my peanut allergic son here for breakfast this morning! He won't stop talking about it. His first experience being able to eat in a bakery! He said it was the best double chocolate cookie he's ever had! I am gluten free and couldn't believe how delicious everything was. I usually don't bother with gluten free baking but we will be back!! Maybe too often.
I do not have any food restrictions and I must say I've never been so impressed with the great taste and selection of gluten free food. I have tried almost everything that Kelsey prepares and honestly all her treats, bread, crackers, cakes and more are better then any regular bakery! You must make a visit especially for her breakfast and coffee menus! 5 star+!
