RUDE staff! When asking for help ignored until I had to put my hand up like a child to try to gain the waitress attention, (to busy talking to other staff in the coffee area and flirting with chefs) she shouted WHAT?! rather than walking over and helping me while taking my order. I was told that asking excuse me several times to no effect that then rasing my hand like a child in a class room waiting there turn was Rude? I asked her did you just say what when I've addressed you with excuse me? To which she replied I didn't mean what, so I asked for the issue to be resolved calmly and explained that the drinks she poured where flat and she had not finished the order or even taken payment. Ordered vegetarian nut roast.....Was so disapointed... no cauliflower cheese....one tiny rock hard Yorkshire pudding 2 thin trips of cold carrot...a spoon of very sad looking cabbage and 4 peas... all the food was cold didnt cover half the plate. When asked about missing cauliflowr cheese as was stated on menu was told didnt get as it was not vegan.... I did not order a vegan dish I order the vegetarian nut roast as was on the menu which said cauliflower cheese. Was offered cauliflower cheese but said may take a while.... Food was cold cutlery was odd steak knife...mismatched... I asked for refund and got it no question .. Went to Sussex Arms across the road and got an amazing veggie roast b...
The Prince Blucher in Twickenham is the best pub around! It has a cozy atmosphere inside and a wonderful garden outside. The menu offers plenty of delicious options and we’ve had many great times with loved ones over the years. Although we experienced a slight issue during a previous visit, Georgios and his team made up for it during a recent family celebration on Saturday. The staff is fantastic and we feel lucky to have this pub as our local. Keep up the excellent work! -Susie x
I made a reservation for a family dinner, but was disappointed to find that the restaurant only offered a limited fixed price menu due to a rugby match. The food was mediocre and to make matters worse, the sponge pudding was served cold. Prices seemed to be inflated, possibly to cover the costs of having at least 4 staff members constantly at the till. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant on rugby days unless you're willing to pay extra for a subpar meal.

I had a wonderful time celebrating the end of the term at this restaurant. The staff made the night a success with their attentive service and their flexibility in accommodating last-minute changes. The booking process was seamless from start to finish, and the food - including the delicious pizzas, fresh salad, and popular chips - received rave reviews from everyone in attendance. Many people couldn't stop talking about how delicious the chips were!
Very expensive food and drink. Food took nearly 1 hour to come out after I chased and only saw 4 other people eating. Burger was inedible and portions tiny. Had 3 pints and was charged 3 different prices with a £1.20 price spread. Area is nice and outside area pleasant. But don’t eat here even if you can afford the inflated prices.
Excellent service and delicious food. We visited the Prince Blucher for a family Birthday celebration on Easter Sunday. It was busy but the staff were attentive and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a perfect afternoon. We had many different dishes and all were well presented and very tasty. Thank you
...but got a bit sick of the gobby coked up East 17 bargain basement tribute act shouting his mouth off in the bar. Usually a nice place and I guess every pub gets a scumbag visit from time to time.

I think the title of this review says it all. The friends I was with said they had experienced similar rudeness at other times so not a one off. Unpleasant.
Lovely warm cosy friendly pub!! Would recommend lots of families on a Sunday, we had burgers and really enjoyed them.
