my man and I are often customers in the pub fountains location and have always enjoyed eating, drinks, service and live entertainment - especially the amazing barkeeper kelly and braighan. but last Monday 08/16/21 we went and had the most terrible experience with barkeeper crisist g. aka kris. my man had ordered two double titos and cranberry. the first tasted good, but the second tasted not right. So, we have notified critique of it and asked to have taken the drink and replaced it with something else and were immediately told no. she said because she didn't make the drink wrong and because he didn't like it, she can't remove it from our tab and replace it with something else. Horrible horrible staff. I went on a Saturday night and on Sunday morning I noticed I didn’t have my card so I called right away. The girl found my credit card right away, that Sunday was my daughters birthday so I told her I would pick it up Monday evening. They keep giving the run around about where it was and saying I needed a general manager. Thursday night I finally get the manager there and turns out they lost my credit card. I waited almost a whole week because they said they had it. It’s so ridiculous how little they actually care about their customers. Girls I spoke to were always super rude and not helpful.

The crawfish were very small! What ever you do, look at your bill carefully. There were just 2 of us and they charged an automatic 20% for large parties. I always tip 20%, so I hope they are happy with themselves with getting a 40% tip. I won't be going back there, and I will be sure to let all my friends know about this!!!

Everything was good for it to be our first time and on Valentine's at that time of tha night even though they only had 2 server still was friendly and kind for as the food it was great just over season the chicken with lemon pepper but will go again with the karaoke made it wonderful Réservez une table maintenant

This area has a variety of restaurants and pubs with views of the sea fountain. It is a peaceful spot located behind the pub fountains, where you can also find movie theaters and shopping options. It is a great place to relax and spend time with friends and family.

Love this place. Service is a bit slow at times, but has never detered from continuing to dine and coming back. Ceawfish is excellent during the season. Everything always taste good.
