I tried the vegan parma at The Quiet Vegan, priced at $25. I received two small schnitzels topped with vegan cheese, along with some unseasoned fish and chip style fries. The dish was disappointing and I believe I could easily make a better version at home for a fraction of the cost. I was not impressed, especially considering the high price. Although I haven't tried their pizzas, I found the parma to be overpriced for the quality. I had expected The Quiet Vegan to be an independent restaurant, but it is actually part of Sofia's.

I ordered the vegan parma from The Quiet Vegan, which was priced at $25. I received 2 small portions with vegan cheese on top and some flavorless fish and chip-style fries. The dish was not very enjoyable and I felt like I could have made it at home for a fraction of the price and it would have tasted much better. I was not impressed. I didn't try the pizza, but the parma was definitely not worth the price. I had thought The Quiet Vegan was an independent restaurant, but it turns out it is part of Sofia.

I was not impressed with the taste and felt I could easily make it at home for a fraction of the price and much better quality. I did not try the pizza but the parma was not worth the price. I had expected The Quiet Vegan to be an independent restaurant, but it is actually located next to Sofia.
