Within 20minutes of each others there is 5 Harvesters… I have never had a breakfast where I can’t swap my items apart from the Rayleigh brunch… I don’t like half the stuff you offer and you can’t swap tomatoes for mushrooms? I see a greedy Head Chef or General Manager. The service was good, lady was lovely this morning. The food was not great.. burnt toast, burnt sausages and burnt bacon… didn’t have time to complain as on way to a nice holiday. Not the morning we wanted. Once rated Harvester Rayleigh but this morning has made me remember why I go to the others. Not sure if Harvester become greedy but why no more unlimited, and having to pay for juice now?? I would suggest go elsewhere guys.
We were served by Harry this evening, he was very attentive and friendly, and was very thorough when confirming menu items were gluten free for me. My husband is autistic and the lovely hostess did her best to seat us somewhere out of the way and quiet, which we really appreciated. The salad bar was fresh and our main meals were delicious. We asked for dessert to go as the restaurant was getting quite loud (Friday evening rush), and that was not a problem. Harry took care of everything, swiftly and professionally. Thank you for a great experience!
Visited for lunch today and it was really nice the food was great as always and Megan was so lovely very helpful happy, and chatty and clearly a natural people person. Great customer service makes such a difference to your overall experience and your day in general. I would have liked to leave Megan a tip but rarely carry cash and don’t really like leaving a tip by card.
My and my self ordered the chicken skewers, very disappointed food was cold, we had to send it back. Every time I go there, they have always run out something, today was peppercorn sauce and no bacon and onion bits for the dirty fries. We won't be rushing back.

Afternoon lunch for 2. Greeted immediately with a friendly smile. Fast service, delicious food at a reasonable price. Would recommend.
Megan was fab, very patient with us as we had two kids in tow. Attentive and alert. Chef Lou did a great job with our food, too.
