Visited Sat 23rd Dec 23, first thing to say is young lady behind the bar and young waitress serving us were eabsolutely lovely. Ordered a rump steak for myself and Mexican chicken burger for my wife. My steak arrived and was so tough not only could I not eat it, I couldn’t even cut it with a steak knife! The onion rings were so overcooked they shattered when I cut into them, peppercorn sauce was obviously from a packet and full of MSG, chips were delicious! When the older “head waitress” asked if everything was ok I said no it wasn’t, that my steak was tough as old boots, she said wasn’t it cooked to my liking and i showed her you couldn’t cut it with a steak knife, she offered to “change it...

I and my wife were gone to see are daughter's first house. she asked her to eat something nice, she said, try the red lion inn. so glad we did. we had the pleasure of getting a table because he was really busy. we sat in the heated outdoor bit that was beautiful. the personal is really friendly. ordered drinks and eating that really come fast. my wife had gammon I had the burgers both were cooking really good 2 meals for £20 really find it hard to find better food. would recommend to book how it is really busy and to be so friendly and qualitatiw high quality food with the chef and all the staff, I can see why. 100% recommended, this place will soon be thanked for a beautiful meal

for the burgernacht. the young guy who looked around us was great. for our youngest daughter, he sorted sausages and chips (not in the menu.) eating and drinking was great, like the atmosphere. great to see an animated pub on Tuesday night

Food was absolutely delicious. We opted for the Christmas party 3 course meal and it was all amazing and very reasonably priced. The young waitresses were friendly and polite. Will definitely go again. Réservez une table maintenant
