The Restaurant Pendolino is my favourite Italian restaurant in Sydney. It’s stylish, the service is faultless and very Italian, the wine list extensive and with every meal you have a mini olive oil masterclass When I asked the waiter for his recommendation for a pasta, he recommended the Class Pendolino Ravioli di Magro (pictured). He said the dish is life changing. When I ate the ravioli, I understood what he meant. I used to go to Pendolino all the time. It was once charming, understated and authentic. After returning today, I was very disappointed with their scammy approach, taking every opportunity to skim extra cash off you, such as tempting you with the truffle, but neglecting mention that a few subatomic scrapings would add an extra bucks to an already grossly overpriced experience. pendolino is located in the beach arcade, so some to reach foot as it is not directly accessible by car. there's one up. we enjoyed the set menu with premium wine, on a week at night, arrival at the opening. it was very busy, and loud to the point it was difficult to converse. there are lamps on the tables and they need them. they roll a car with broth, truffles, drinks etc. I sat at the end of the table and was at least enriched with just one excuse. sommelier was fantastic and the highlight for me. that eating was not at the level with the price. brot was good. ravioli was good. small for only courses over almost hours. one of the best Italian restaurants in sydney. the eating is delicious, although expensive, still worth making at least one visit for a special occasion, I had the spaghetti with crab as an escape and the escape as main both immaculate and delicious. they also offer a complementary bite to eat when they arrive, and a dae brotwagen to choose their own brot - this was such a nice note and the brot and olive oil were so delicious the wein is quite expensive, but it is worth when well suited to their eating. would return to sydney again. Pendolino is as charming as is is satisfying. The aged rich charming setting beautifully befits the love of each caringly prepared dish. My wife and I visited for no special reason and upon eating here immediately booked for the following night to bring the kids. The service is superb and the only aspect worthy of comparison to the beautiful food. When you pay a decent sum for food you expect an excellent standard and Pendolino delivers in spades.

Love everything here at Pendolino. The food, the service, the ambience.. however price is more on the pricy side. But definitely worth it as they made all the pasta fresh in house from scratch using organic egg yolks my favorite was the spinach and cheese ravioli with burnt butter and sage. The mushroom pappardelle was amazing too.

Could not fault my experience at Pendolino! The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable; all round great night. We ordered the Beetroot and Burrata, Agnolotti, Ravioli Di Margo (melt in your mouth pasta) and the Semifreddo (suggested by the waiter very glad we took his advice). Will definitely be back.

I came here to celebrate hubby’s bday. We had the course set menu. The entrees and mains are surprisingly salty. The serving is small. I was excited to eat the burnt butter ravioli as per my colleague’s recommendation. Nice, however salty. Service is good though. my recommendation: pork belly. Réservez une table maintenant

nino continues excellently. pendolino is a masterpiece. the knodel is pure my only favorite dish I've ever tasted. somewhere. a real culinary experience, you can't just express a knowledge about the great Italian in sydney without having eaten here.

Wonderful food experience ! Celebrated my husband's birthday and the staff was so friendly as they accommodated our weeks old son pram too .Looking to coming back for more Italian magic.
