The Sandpiper - Réservation de table

I ordered the spinach soup followed by ciabatta ham and mustard sandwiches Soup was cold and sent back to be served warm, the sandwich was the worst I've ever experienced ever had bland white bread fatty ham and awful grainy mustard. When asked how was the food and I told them disappointing the staff shuffled and didn't know what to say as they were just kids I left it. Won't return for this reason only

The standered of the food was excellent, however two of the meals were light on the quantity ! the service was very poor due to under staffing as the young girl was running around doing everything by herself. This led to long delays at the table .My dad whome we took out as a treat for my parents is a diabetic so he was getting very agitated. And we had to reassure him that the food would arrive soon.

The food arrived lukewarm, and we had to wait quite a while for our second round of drinks. We ordered coffees to accompany our small desserts, but those desserts only arrived after we had finished our coffees. I can't help but wonder if there’s a new chef in the kitchen.

There is an extensive selection on the separate vegan menu. I dined here several times, and each experience was wonderful. The pub has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and pet owners are welcome to bring their dogs along (with delicious treats available at the bar). Réservez une table maintenant

Restaurant had no record of our booking, even though we had proof. The fish was inedible; my knife could not cut through it. Very disappointing evening. The Sandpiper has deteriorated greatly since my last visit; there will definitely not be a return visit!

This charming pub is incredibly welcoming. They offer a dedicated vegan menu from Monday to Saturday, along with vegan options on Sundays, including a nut roast as a main dish. Dogs are also allowed in the bar area, making it a great spot for pet owners!

We enjoyed the three-course set menu, and everything was pleasant overall. However, the lettuce in my starter had some brown edges. The drinks were on the pricier side, but aside from that, it was generally a good value for the money.

The restaurant was in the midst of renovations, and unfortunately, the food did not meet its usual standards.
