This was my first time visiting the Scrambler House and will probably be my last, unfortunately. I ordered online and went to pick up at the bar. Well, what I did, because it was absolutely packed at 9:45 on a Sunday. I stood on the counter for 10 minutes before I was recognized by someone who worked at the restaurant. There were at least 4 employees who then worked behind the counter, and more on the floor that came in and out of the bar area. I was completely ignored; no eye contact, no? You're with you right now? Nothing. After 10 minutes, a girl finally came up and said she was with me, and gave me the To-Go container sitting on the back all the time I stood there. It is frustrating as a customer because I had already paid online, so our entire transaction lasted about 10 seconds from the beginning to the end. I could have been home; instead I stood where I was ignored while my food was sitting and cold. I also paid for butter toast and received no butter toast. And I also found a little hair in my Omelet: It's too bad because besides the terrible service, the food actually tasted really good. I have the bacon omelet with Heimfries (Hash Browns) and white toast. It's delicious. I rarely leave bad reviews, but felt that this experience had to be shared.
