The Skinny Pancake Montpelier

Are you one of the thousands of people who patiently waited at the Skinny Pancake who they fed FOR FREE during the catastrophic flooding in July 2023? These people have hearts of solid gold. One of the photos I’m uploading is their map of Vermont with all of their Vermont suppliers. A solid, foundational business taking care of their neighbors. Also, a great place to find local art for sale. Did I mention how DELICIOUS, fresh and nourishing their food is?

My husband and I took my close friend to this restaurant for her birthday earlier this month. She had been there before, but it was our first time visiting. My husband said the poutine was probably his favorite dish from our entire trip to Vermont, and I thoroughly enjoyed my maple crepe latte! The location was easy to locate, and although it was quite busy on a Friday morning, we were able to place our order quickly, and our food arrived promptly.

You can never go wrong with the skinny pancake. They excel in nearly every aspect. The coffee is excellent, and they have fiddlehead on tap, which pairs perfectly with both the sweet and savory crepes.

Casual eatery in Montpelier. Quite a line when we stopped in for lunch. The cool weather meant inside dining only, and we happily shared a table with some folks from Ottawa. Delicious savory crepes !

Following extensive flooding damage still prrsent, it was a refreshing escape for breafast and lovely canned **** mary as i tried to reconnect with a loved one.

Food was on the cold side and the hostess seemed stressed normally the food is amazing and the staff are friendly.

We had the pesto chicken and pork bbq crepes. We both enjoyed them a lot. Reasonably quiet atmosphere.
