The Soul House - Réserver une table

We arrived 14mins late due to issues with taxi, we called ahead to let them know we will be late. Phone was just ringing out. We then arrive and was greeted at the door by two men which I 'm assuming are the security. To which they asked do you have a booking yes I replied name I gave my name and they said you can 't come in you are late. At this point I thought they was joking. They continue to say you are late your table has been given away. We asked to speak to management. They said the security- that she just told us you can 't come in. We insisted that they go get management. A young lady came out to tell us we are 15mins late and our table had just been given away. Again I was so shock...

Visited the soul house for mine and my friends joint birthday meal and had a fantastic night! Nothing was too much trouble. The young girl that was serving our table all night was so lovely to each and every one of us and the manager Melissa made a personal effort to ensure we had a great birthday. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back thank you cc or a truly wonderful night

You will not be disappointed We enjoyed it from the moment we walked in, the drinks, vibe, food, cocktails and atmosphere was incredible. It's even better that it's local! We ordered the seafood platter, omg it was delicious I can't wait to go back again, highly recommended

Attended for a family meal and enjoyed myself ! Family enjoyed the food and atmosphere staff are very friendly and helpful. Will visit again
