Sometimes you get a healthy protein shake, and you can 't help but taste that powder residue left in your mouth. Well not here!!!! Angel makes the best deluxe protein shakes! Hands down! The crazy part about it is that he doesn 't even use dairy!!! It 's all water-based, and the syrups he uses are sugar free! It 's a win-win! I had the Deluxe Oreo Shake and the Protein Waffles!!! Honestly, if I would had both items blind folded I would have thought that I had consumed a shake that was 800 calories and waffles that were about 700 calories! But it 's not even close to that!!! I highly encourage supporting...
Don't be deceived by the pictures! This place is all about promoting Herbalife products, left and right. I repeatedly told the owner that I don't follow a protein-based diet because it causes me problems, but my words seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I'm baffled by how she secured a spot in the strip mall and how she manages to pay the rent. Having tried enough Herbalife products in the past, I know there's always a catch. I'm truly disappointed.
Came here on a Friday and the owner Angel is very welcoming and nice! Meanwhile my friend and I waited for our shake and waffle, he talked to us about fitness and eating healthy. I appreciated the information and the shake was a 10/10!!! Super good! I recommend coming here before and after working out :
I really enjoy this place, Not only are the Waffle's delicious, it's protein! No carb crash. The doanut' are also yummy. The service is impeccable! Angel is a pleasant young man, it's a Good Vibe, here at The Spot. I'm going to see Angel and the Waffle's. But, when in Cali, I will come here.

The spot is the spot if you're trying to eat better! I had some of the protein waffles, not only did they look good they were so flavorful! The employee was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely going back whenever I'm near by.

actually taste like my protein shake at home, nice snack drink after the gym. hospitality is very wholesome. Respect to the owner, he's on the grind. everything has protein in it.
I really wanted to enjoy this place, but I received warm drinks. I had ordered blended beverages, and they arrived lukewarm. Perhaps they ran out of ice?
