Looking for a nourishing meal on a Monday evening in Liverpool. I was surprised to see a restaurant not only open but packed with people. The waiters week busy, but also chatting amongst themselves. After a waiter was directed to take my order I then waited for a hour. As I had a bit of time the first 50 minutes didn't matter.I then paid for my water and after confirming my order wasn't on its way, my impression was it hadn't been placed.Of course each time the kitchen bell rang I'd hoped for food and what passed by me looked fresh and the serve's generous.The waiter never bothered to double check the order, never even bothered to 'check on how long your food will be'.It wasn't worth the wai...
This was my first time visiting The Spot Chocolate Bar and I must say I came here 2 nights in a row and it was not disappointing, The atmosphere is amazing so relaxing, the music was playing which was not to loud so you can enjoy a nice conversation. We did not wait for long art all even though they were very busy, staff were very polite and attended to our every needs as soon as they could. The shisha was amazing and lasted a long time, a must for this place is to make sure that you get the thick hose with the ice in the hose and the bubble blower!!!! This kept me entertained for a few hours! The desserts was very nice, the chocolate is if great quality and the strawberries were very sweet.
We went there for dinner the service was terrible. Order our food 1hr later it came out and was discusting nothing was fresh the chips were stale and the steak was burnt and hard as a rock so we sent it back and then the waiter came back and said oh that's how you ordered it. I have never had food like that before this place really needs to change the chef because it was the discusting I have never received food like this before.
I only go here to eat dessert. I tried ordering of of the best selling dishes and it was so oily with a taste of salt. I haven't been back ever since but I do like their dessert. The manager was cocky and mixed up all our orders. He came, asked for our orders but didn't write it down. He tried to remember all our orders hence he stuffed up our orders.

This afternoon my partner and I went to the spot for some dinner . Other then myself having to go and ask the waiter for the menus at the beginning, everything was super delicious !!! The food especially the mixed plate is amazing!! Must go and try! There coffee is the best coffee we have ever had!
If you want to experience a genuinely inviting and cosy atmosphere while in western Sydney ,then make sure to visit The Spot. Also ask for a combination shisha head. Watermelon, grape mint is my favourite!
Yummy deserts but BIG!! The atmosphere was marred by smokers, I know this is a Shisha Bar and expected diners to be using Hookahs but cigarette smoking is really unpleasant when trying to eat.
Poor in presentation the salmon dish had raw vegetables. The salad not fresh. The mash potatoes looks funny on the dish They can be better

Food and service is always good but the environment can be interesting! A fun place to go with friends. Definitely suited for young adults
