The Star - Réservation de table

We have visited the Star many times but we recently won the FB competition for two course Christmas menu. We went last night and it was absolutely lovely! Large yummy roast dinners and our desserts were delicious and again a very good sized portion! HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT THIS CHRISTMAS!! Thanks again Kosta and Sue.

I'm impressed. one of the best sunday roasts I enjoyed for taste and generous portions. the Eton fair with celestial was excellent and a good cappuccino to finish the meal. staff very friendly and helpful and a nice old low deck pub. already at a certain point to look forward to our return visit.

the three of us all had another Greek main course and all were excellent. we also had three different desserts and they were all a good size and also very good. very pleasant staff and a beautiful old building. my photo is from the kleftiko slowly boiled keg of lamb. so delicious and delicate.

Diverse menu of home cooked food. The Star Chicken was superb. I am allergic to Chocolate and it was very refreshing to have a lovely choice of desserts that don't include Chocolate! The staff where very friendly without being intrusive. I throughly recommend it. Réservez une table maintenant

The food at this restaurant was fantastic! We enjoyed dishes such as kleftiko, steak and kidney pie, roast, burger, moussaka, and lasagne. For dessert, we had treacle tart, apple crumble, banoffee pie, and mango sorbet, all of which were delicious.

I tried the steak and kidney pudding last Wednesday and the chicken roast today. The food is always top-notch and the restaurant is taking proper Covid-19 precautions. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

The sea bass and trout at this restaurant were excellent! The meal felt very safe and the presentation was beautiful.
