I live round the corner from this pub and have used it many times over the years. Mainly on Sundays for their amazing roast. Popped in on Monday 15/12 for a quick lunch. However the only person on duty was serving drinks to a queue of about 4 people. We didn’t know whether to go straight to a table or wait. After 5 minutes we just went to a table. Then couldn’t find any menus. Finally found them in separate bits at the end of the bar. Then ordered food and drinks after about 25 minutes. Another 15 minutes for the food to arrive by the same lovely lady serving drinks at the bar! Food was delicious but allow more time than a standard work lunch hour.
