First time visiting this store. Had a great experience. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Had a little trouble finding what I needed because the aisles weren’t labeled, but a staff immediately noticed I was looking for something and helped me find what I needed. There wasn’t a line, so the checkout process was very fast. The staff helped me pull my cart out to the parking lot afterwards, and helped me load everything into my car. Exceptional customer service!
I had an incredible experience with a young lady during my visit last week! I'm really disappointed that I didn't catch her name, but she had beautiful brown skin and shorter reddish locks. She was so friendly and professional while handling my checkout! Everyone at the restaurant is usually very helpful, but she truly went above and beyond. The next time I'm there, I'll make sure to get her name and update my review!
Always great experience at the store. Professional restaurant equipment and supplies at great prices. You 'll be surprised how much of this could easily be used in your kitchen at home. Except you do not pay extra because it is a professional equipment. Another great perk is that it is never so annoyingly busy as the other well known similar store. Give it a try and you 'll be pleasantly surprised.
Another issue is their so-called express service. It's puzzling why they call it express when customers have to wait over an hour for their orders, and even after a driver has gone back three times, the order is still not complete. Réservez une table maintenant
Fantastic prices and outstanding service! Mr. Matt B, the manager, even took the time to explain the Julian Code for manufacturers to me. I will definitely be returning to this store and nowhere else!
