We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Sup Shack. We have been visiting New Quay for many years and stayed in several different hotels and holiday homes but this hotel holds a special place in our hearts. The suites are perfect with a separate seating area/lounge including sofa, tv, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a table and chairs for eating breakfast. The rooms are clean, comfortable and lovely soft towels. The breakfast is brought to your room around 9am on a trolley. You have tea, coffee, juice, cereals, yoghurts and toast to choose from and then a full cooked breakfast will follow shortly. You certainly won’t go hungry! My favourite thing has to be the large...
Stayed Monday to Thursday at The Sup Shack b&b and had a brilliant stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had living room with dining area, a small fridge and separate bedroom with lovely comfortable bed, and the breakfast which includes cereals, yogurts toast, little pots of jam and marmalade fresh pot of tea and also a full cooked breakfast is brought to the room to eat at your dining table. The balcony was a great bonus, the view fantastic, and we sat out overlooking the bay on the lovely seating area provided. We were made to feel very welcome by Richard and his lovely wife and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return. This place is a real gem.
Just back from a week at Sup Shack and as excellent as ever with the rooms spotless and breakfast plentyful and fresh. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. We tried the food downstairs and best food in New Quay, especially the Pizzas. Location is excellent being right on the shore, so we got up each morning to watch the sunrise over the water. Enjoyed it so much, already booked for next year. Car parking is in a pay and display next door and was £20.50 for the week. Dont hesitate, book with Sup Shack, you wont be disappointed.
We stayed at Sup Shack for 4 nights and what i can i say other than it was fantastic. The staff and service was excellent and the rooms were brilliant. Breakfast each morning was superb and left us full all day. We have stayed across New Quay over the years, however, this place is by far the best, so much so that we have already rebooked for next year. Would highly recommend.

we have been in the sup shack for many years (formerly the wellington inn) and it is always excellent. richard and diane have spent the lockdown time to modernize the decor in the rooms and they look great. couple that with the great view (including dolphins) the delicious breakfasts and their very warm welcome and we will come back for many years.
What a fantastic weekend my wife and I have just had at the Sup Shack. The food was fantastic, Richard the owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming the views of the bay were fantastic,especially for dolphin spotting. The accommodation was home from home, you won’t be disappointed
the sup shack is an aladdins cave of all kinds of SUP-Güt. andy and the personal are passionate, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. this is a truly trusted outfit that will give you a good advice with excellent service. I look forward to many more business with them in the future!
What a place, stunning food, stunning views, lovely people. We had burgers whilst staying down the road and returned the following night for exactly the same. Best burgers in New Quay, Fact! Host is a lovely fella. Will be back next year.

Delicious jacket potatoes and the kids enjoyed their takeaway boxes. Milkshakes a delight. Helpful service from the young lads on the counter. Keep it up!
