A definite place to visit. We had the pup with us so could either sit in the bar area or outside which had nice seats under cover too so we opted to sit outside. The staff were super friendly and happy to fuss Pippin the puppy, much to her delight. The food came out in good time and was delicious, the sheer amount beat me but my fiance happily cleared up the my leftovers even after his huge mixed grill. I guess the only sticking point would be a lack of parking near the pub itself but we went early at the start of evening service so personally had no issues. A fantastic meal to end our holiday. We visited for a birthday celebration, and the experience was fantastic. The seafood linguine was simply the best I've ever tasted. The waitstaff were very attentive and made me feel truly special when they learned it was my birthday. The atmosphere was delightful, providing a cozy vibe with a roaring fire. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5.

Absolutely delicious food, wonderful hospitality, and a charming pub atmosphere. While many pubs have been transformed into spacious, minimalist environments, this one successfully retains its traditional character while remaining clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The sound quality is also impressive, and we appreciate the chef for that.
