When I visit Verona, my first stop is always my place of worship: The Towne Scoop. I always come here, just for the Towne Scoop. When I approached the creamery today, tragedy struck: The Towne Scoop was Closed. My heart ached with a sadness I have not felt since my son died. I implore you to fix your hours. I might kill myself. All I wanted was a taste of sweet cream on my tongue, some graham slam hitting throat. The absence of this feeling has filled me with the most indescribable ennui possible. PLEASE fix this. These winter hours are an embarrassment to the town of Verona.
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, as I wanted to try something new. Everything was great, but I had an issue with the small containers used for the toppings. The lids do not fit properly; they are too big and don’t close tightly. They tried using rubber bands and tape to secure the lids, but it didn't work. Unfortunately, the caramel and walnut syrup toppings spilled all over the bag because they were not sealed properly. They really need to get appropriate lids that fit securely on all the containers.
Great ice cream. Lots of flavors and toppings. Only draw back is the ratty tables always dirty outside and some napkins flying around. Suggest they buy some nicer tables maybe fix up the small patio to make it more welcome clean.
Just the best. Great value. Friendly service. A great variety of hard ice cream flavors and fabulous soft ice cream. You'll never walk away disappointed... unless you pick a time it's not open

The ice cream here is fantastic, with a wonderful selection of flavors. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, unlike the typical chain ice cream shops.

Delicious flavors! The Red Devil and Black Raspberry are among my top favorites. It's a fantastic local ice cream shop.
We always order our ice cream cakes from The Town Scoop. Their service is excellent, and their products are fantastic.

Delicious vanilla. Chocolate peanut butter had a weird taste and hardly any peanut butter? Ended up tossing a QUART.
Mint Chip and Chooclate Peanut Butter were both delicious!
