I just had Sunday lunch here, and I won’t be returning. All the vegetables were frozen, and the roast potato seemed to be pulled from the freezer before being tossed into the fryer. The beef tasted like it was from a packet, and the chicken breast was tough and rubbery. Nobody asked us if the food was satisfactory, but I mentioned my concerns to the waiter, who simply smirked in response. At £14 each, it felt like a complete waste of money. I had a wonderful dining experience with delicious food and a fantastic selection of vegan and vegetarian options. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting, plus they welcomed my dog! I ordered the vegan burger, and it was the best I’ve ever tasted. The price per person ranges from £10 to £20. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. I highly recommend trying the home-cooked chips and the burger with chips!

Traditional local pub. Friendly service. Great for watching the footy! Parking: If there was a car park we didn't see it? We parked at the bottom of the street next to the pub. A fantastic host, delicious home-cooked meals, and generous portion sizes from a diverse menu. They offer great beers, wine, and spirits at excellent prices in a traditional old-style pub featuring a coal fireplace. I highly recommend paying a visit, and if you have a dog, feel free to bring it along! Réservez une table maintenant

I had a lovely steak and Stilton toastie for lunch, and it was fantastic. The chips were amazing, and I enjoyed a decent pint from Spit Feathers Brewery. The service was friendly and welcoming.
