Had a lovely traditional sunday roast here last week, best sunday roast iv'e had for ages. Would recomend you book early as they are always fully booked before sunday. Good selection of beers and also do a couple of traditional ales as well. Sky sports and large tv screens inside and outside. Staff are friendly and helpful and even the locals make you feel welcome to. Nice little snug area with sofa's to sit back and relax and a nice sized outside garden area partly covered as well for those sunny days. Look forward to visiting again soon.
for the first time visited, most of the drafts were off as they had some technical problems in the cellar, but despite this, the staff was very helpful and professional and the renter was great. they have been busy with customers instantly while they try to sort problems, the service was great, workers had fantastic humor and we ordered also to eat. the food was amazing, came hot and steaming, tasted great and of good part. good to visit and get a meal there and drinks. credit to the personal.
We visited The Turf on the recommendation of our son and had the best Sunday lunch we've ever had dining out. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, not overdone and crunchy, and piping hot and flavorful. It felt like a proper home-cooked meal. The value for money was fantastic and we have already made a reservation for a return visit. If you are considering going, make sure to book a table in advance as it gets busy. We highly recommend trying it out.
Played at the Turf last night and felt very safe! was well looked after and the whole pub had a lovely friendly vibe atmosphere. Plenty of parking, toilets clean, great size bar and i hear the food is incredible will be returning to try their sunday lunch and cant wait to return to sing! Thank you for having me

great pub, beer is beautiful throw, the owners are great and very courteous. Sunday dinner is a must and the weekend breakfast is perfect.
On some occasions I've had a breakfast, decided to try the Sunday dinner today and my hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I would recommend the rasen of the family n friends. the staff was so helpful and friendly. the food was amazing
