good food and a nice, comfortable pub. the beer garden is absolutely beautiful and a must is a visit in the top floor in the tower lounge. this is a fantastic cocktail bar with live music. no need to go anywhere else 3 places in one pub. the staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. a really good night with a great atmosphere.

Just had a brilliant night at the Turks Head! Food excellent, best chips ever! warm friendly staff who were so helpful, warm friendly relaxing atmosphere, everyone welcoming ,lovely character pub. Added bonus of Tower Lounge Cocktail bar serving great cocktails and live music. Gem of a pub for a great night out!

What a great experience to visit this pub. Great selection of beers and well kept. I can't recommend more highly. Food is good value as well. Look out for the special nights. Steak night, excellent. Atmosphere inside is excellent and they have also updated the outside area.

hands down best pub I was also in st helen for eating and personal are super friendly. large home cooked eating and generous portions. steak kebab was massive! many thanks to the young guy with the pony **** that felt very welcome to us. will be back soon. cheers oz

excellent local pub, beautiful menu variety, delicious food with generous amount, many rooms to eat (external and also,) personal and service always goes over, clean and fair prices. totally recommended.
