The Urban Cup Cafe

I stopped here on a Sunday afternoon with some work to do. I was impressed. I ordered a salmon eggs benedict and a chai. You order and pay, then are given a number and your items are brought out to you. Both of the items I ordered were served excellently and had great flavor. The ambiance of the place was also great- multiple two/four seaters plus a large community table. Nearly every patron seemed to know each other. The service was friendly and helpful. It looks a little unassuming from the outside, but I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

In Victoria, I rarely come across a restaurant that serves food that matches its price. Urban Cup, however, is affordable, and serves quality food that are surprisingly delicious. The menu is also simple, and doesn't try to be more than what it is - something I find very important when I'm craving home-made ish food.A perfect place, especially for students, and those who just want to enjoy a humble, nice experience.

A local recommend this place and it was very good. Small cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. I had coffee and breakfast burritos with potatoes. All very good. My mom had a berry bar that she enjoyed. We also had a sandwich, fruit and delicious cookie for lunch the previous day. The salad options and other baked goods looked delicious too. Gem of a place without having to go downtown.

In Victoria for a family visit, we looked for some place close for morning coffee and breakfast. Urban Cup fit the bill, both for dine in and take out. A very popular place with the locals, it could be tough to get a table after 8:00 AM weekdays. Also a good place for a quick lunch. Réservez une table maintenant

I stop by this restaurant at least once a week. The food is very good and fairly priced. You order & pay when you come in and they bring your meal to the table. Coffee is good. What more do you need?

Finally got in here for breakfast....I had a scrambled egg with veggies...good and great coffee. Mum had a plain scrambled egg and toast....well warm bread. Mum breaky was not the best. egg and toast

Breakfast fare includes fresh baking and hot dishes bacon and eggs with hash browns and coffee about $10. Coffee is fresh. Several tables but parking is limited on the lot

The title says it all. This is the go to place for excellent breakfasts and lunches. Great menu. Often crowded but the waits are usually short. Highly recommend. Réservez une table maintenant

Stopped to kill some time....read the local paper ordered lunch (cafeteria style). Served at the table...excellent chicken corn chowder soup...

Meet a friend for coffee and a sweet. Good location, lots of table and not really noise. Loved my latte and muffin!
