Lovely country Inn tucked away in the heart of The Kingdom of Fife serving great food! The steak pie was truly excellent as were the beef and tomato sausages served mash in a delicious gravy. Desserts enjoyed were the fabulous Pitlessie Pavlova not to be missed and a homemade cheesecake was also enjoyed. The bar area was not open at lunchtime but looked a really nice area to wile away a winter's evening. Our lunch was served in The Pantry restaurant. Has an entry in CAMRA's Good Beer Guide and didn't disappoint. Well worth a visit and excellent service by the Team. Thank you.

this cozy, rustic pub, restaurant and guest house is located in a wonderful location near fife’s lomond hills, with spectacular views in every direction. we hardly feel with our last stay in a night seen from the square, but we have a warm welcome and our room with private bathroom was comfortable and well equipped. there are many seats in the open for evening summer drinks, and the bar and restaurant look comfortable and welcoming. we had no time to eat, but we look forward to our next visit when we look at the kitchen.

Just back from an excellent meal at The Village Inn. Home cooked food at its best. From the outside, it’s a period looking building but inside very modern and contemporary. The Village Inn was recommended to us by our host at a local B&B with a suggestion to book. Pleased I took the advice. We got the last table before being fully booked. If you want to go its highly recommended that you book in advance.

We had a lovely meal yesterday, Sunday at the village Inn Pitlessie. Food was very good indeed. A tremendous choice on the menu. We had fish and chips and chicken fajitas followed by very good Pavlovas. Very friendly and efficient service. All reasonable priced. Finished off with a drink in the bar at the log fire.
