The Walnut Tree - Réserver une table

I visited with three friends last week and we were all impressed with the authentic feel of an old building with modern fittings, the welcoming staff and the choice of menu.I had the toad in the hole which was a huge portion ,well cooked and with a very tasty gravy. My friends opted for a simpler meal with a baked potato and filling and we're also very satisfied.I should be happy to recommend anybody to try this quality establishment out .

very welcoming and accommodating, we had the Sunday afternoon carousel, which was very tasty, only served in the amount of cracks with the pig. beer was of a good choice and tasted good.

absolutely brilliant. it is rare that I leave reviews, but that was worth it. beautiful building, beautiful eating, large portion sizes, excellent service. would be recommending

What a cosy place to eat. Very good staff, covid aware and still attentive. Good menu, fairly priced. I'll be back.
