I stayed here while driving from Cali to Ohio, using my chase rewards points. I had a car top carrier and my car full of my belongings. I read that there was secure parking. Once I arrived, the parking lot was “ fenced “ but had several open areas for guests to come in and out of. There were several homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks right by the entrances. I didn’t go with my gut and I went ahead and parked. There was a lady sitting in the booth in the lot. She gave me a sign to put in my window. I went in the hotel. This place is just horrible. Cleaning staff will not clean throughly, even after asking them to do so! Be ready to request for soap/clean towels/shampoo and conditioner REPEATEDLY! Restaurant/bar will charge you incorrectly so they can get a bigger tip! Pizza oven is broken and will run out of dough, keep in mind Quattro is a “pizza” restaurant! Check for multiple random charges in your credit card as they can vary from 150-200-300$ for “incidentals”. Nice hotel however they still haven’t processed our payment from 2 weeks ago and they are now charging my card for more funds when they still owe me over $100 from the deposit. I have called several times and still getting the run around, I personally would never stay at one of their hotels again. Then they have the nerve to charge a tourist tax, no body is there to look around that dirty city and get shot. Someone was shooting right across the street the first night we were there. Terrible experience all around
Location is very good...service is quite bad and rooms are not well maintained. I had requested for a quiet room and apparently the best room was the one facing the main road with traffic through the night and with almost zero noise insulation. Upon complaining was offered drinks voucher as compensation !!
