Do not visit this restaurant. We had to wait over an hour and a half for our food, which arrived cold. The staff's excuse was that they didn't know what was happening in the kitchen. Two tables near us already received refunds. I will never return and I suspect many other customers feel the same. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.
Chinese pork belly sizzler was really well cooked, tasty and piping hot, the Clucking Hot Stack was delicious. Very friendly polite staff especially the duty manager Sara who combined professionalism with a lovely personal touch. We will definitely recommend the Woolpack to family and friends.
Was stopping at the Travelodge and went for breakfast here .Tracey&Gregg were super nice .Made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in .Tracey was a lovely lady to talk to .I think the Woolpack has the best staff in Telford Can not wait to visit again Well done

This was a birthday treat which was marred by the time we waited for the food, over an hour, and the extremely poor quality of what we finally received
I visited for Sunday lunch and was impressed by the friendly and efficient staff. The food was delicious and I look forward to returning again soon.
