Terrible. Sat down got a drink and a menu and nobody came to me and asked me if I needed something for an hour later. And I'm at the bar. Trish was too busy with the male bartender. I didn't catch his name. But when groups came in boys, they ran for them. Still over me, even if I have orders from ppl next to me. Finally, the one female bartender took my order and I even mentioned it and it was like meh. I have my food and a flat beer. Left and gave them a 3.00 tip that is more than what they deserve. Highly recommended! I contacted the restaurant earlier in the week to make a reservation for a party of 18 and spoke with Austin. My family had tickets for the Polar Express on Sunday night and I wanted to ensure we arrived on time. Austin was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the restaurant, our table was ready and the staff was exceptional. We had 5 young kids with us and they were served promptly. Best burger I?ve had in a while. Food was professional. The pretzel burger was cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. Nice pretzel bun and Beef was top grade and juicy and bacon was cooked perfectly. Onion rings were large and crispy. French dip was also really professional fresh ingredients. Everything was very filling. Lots of beers on top and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Service was fast and professional. Menu is not too crazy and everything sounded delicious. It was a Friday night and was packed, that?s how you know it?s good food and drinks. Will be back to try other items.
Have been here mutiple times with friends and family and recently came here for dinner with the wife. Was busy as expected on a Saturday night. We had to wait 40 mins for a table but grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar so the wait was not bad. Got text alert as soon as table was ready and took our drinks with us. Our server Gina was great and we ordered a couple of burgers (Cajun Chicken and Classic) and homemade guacamole. Burgers were tasty and for me I could do the guacamole with some more flavor. All in all a great evening and would recommend it and come again.

Located in front of the Polar Express ride, this restaurant served delicious food. The Bretzelburger was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. The service was excellent and our waitress was lovely. I would definitely return to this place. Overall, it was a yummy experience!
The Thirsty Turtle is truly a hidden gem. The jerk wings were a nice start. I had the the sliced flank steak w/ mashed potatoes and asparagus and I tried the chicken bruschetta. I was very impressed!!!!! Although the drinks were good, they were not strong enough for an ?adult? beverage.
Absolutely brilliant! From the outside it does not look inviting, but open the doors and inside is a living, tasty finding. Great atmosphere, great service, high quality food. I often take my father here, he likes the French dip sandwich.
