In short food was amazing service was absolutely horrible. The server was busy watching the football game instead of actually attending us. The other Latino waiter was actually tending to his guests gave them a rose for Valentineâs Day, but the white gentlemen who was serving us was literally running away from us to the point we had to ask the other waiter and bus boy for help. He forgot one of our item and said he didnât hear us say that, even though he repeated back to us. He never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks or even how they were. Margarita was terrible. Unfortunately, we came for Valentines day dinner and was disappointed. Very crowded, tables on top of each other and definitely short staffed. The food was just ok. We have been to Thom Thom previously and always enjoyed our dinner. The staff was overworked and we felt rushed. We had to ask times for bread and my husbands dessert was taken away before he finished. I definitely won't go back on a holiday!
Valentines dinner- food was fabulous- everything from the crab cakes, bone in ribeye and scallop/shrimp dinner with Zoodles and the chocolate box dessert. Also coconut martini yum! Food simply fabulous even though it was a busy holiday price fix dinner. Only downside, they just plain take their time with the service from beginning to end, so donât go when you need to get somewhere after.
My GF and I arrived to our Valentineâs dinner with a hostess that had no business being employed. About of us were packed in the waiting area next to the entrance waiting like sardines without any clear communication of which reservation is next. She never even asked for a name. Somehow we were seated, and when our food came it was over cooked. A nice well done filet minion. Awful.

The food wasnât bad. But for the price it couldâve been better. The first drink I order was a lychee martini and the glass was full of lipstick all around. Not a good look for such a expensive place
The menu was enormous with a huge selection of foods. All the foods we ordered were perfectly done. Waiters were very kind and the place was very nice.
This is the iHop of Steakhouses. That is not a diss, but just an accurate assessment of my experience here. Pork Tacos were good.
Food is always fantastic. Wish theyâd didnât overbook themselves. Even w reservations you still wait over min.
