Th'owd Tithe Barn - Réservation de table

We were a booking of 6, two couples and two singles each ordering from the set menu for £16. We had to initially ask for the set menu when there was some confusion about it being used even though it is advertised on your website. We all ordered from the menu but were all over charged as the girl behind the bar put the meals through wrong even when we said they were from the set menu. As we sat down and realised we had all been over charged (some over £8) we then had to all go back for refunds, causing lots of confusion, just not a great experience when we went out for an occasion.

Food was lovely. Little expensive but it really was nice. The building is beautiful and the atmosphere is nice. Very good first impressions. Staff were lovely and very helpful but my gosh, they were awfully slow and getting their attention was painful. They had to bring the bill three times before getting it right . It’s a shame because it really is a lovely place and the food was great. Just the staff that let the place down. Wouldn’t go again, it was the most stressful meal we’ve had xD

A lovely place to eat after a day of hiking. The staff were attentive and polite, and the food was lovely. We ended up have the flapjack crumble for dessert which was amazing. We went quite late in the evening on a Sunday and so was relatively quiet, which we liked.

The staff were incredibly attentive and courteous. The food was cooked to perfection—hot and full of flavor. We adored the large fireplace and the stunning Christmas tree. We will definitely return! Réservez une table maintenant

Great little find in a beautiful location. This is a stunning old original high ceiling barn. Food was served really quickly hot very tasty. Service was great. Dogs allowed, really enjoyable night

The food was alright. We ordered fish and chips, burgers, and a kids' chicken nuggets meal. The fish and the nuggets were overcooked, but apart from that, it was decent.

Lovely old, charming pub in a waterside setting. Very tasty food. Will definitely be eating here again!
