My brother and I attended the cafe on Sunday and both arrived at 9am, the cafe was not very busy, but not many staff on. We waited until 9:15am for someone to take our order, further we waited until 9:45am for our very easy drinks milkshake and smoothie, to arrive after my brother asking how our drinks were going and getting no facial movement at all from the rude waitress, she did not even speak to us, she just walked away. Then finally at 10am, so 45min later our food arrived with my turkish bread supposed to be toasted was luke warm and not really toasted and my brothers big breakfast included 2 small pieces of toast, 1 slice of tomato, a few mushrooms, 2 eggs, and just 1 sausage!!! not r...
When this cafe opened a couple of years ago they had IT outages with cash registers, inability to take orders via ipads due to system crashes and if you sat outside to dine you were forgotten by staff and on it went. Recently visited again against my better judgement and now incompetent staff can be included. Started with waitress saying, " the tables a mess" as we sat down but then having to be asked 5 minutes later to clean it. Then took our order but didn't write it down..returning minutes later asking us to repeat our order so she could get it right. Suggested she write it down only to discover 20 minutes later she forgot to submit the order! Reordered and waited another 20 minutes for e...
Reopened under new management so we thought we'd give them a try. Disappointed to see nothing has changed except the service has seriously deteriorated. Slow and far less friendly than the previous team - and the cafe was only half full. I would have been embarrassed to serve those meals - bacon and eggs (charged as $6.50 for toast, $5 for 2 eggs and $4 for bacon) arrived cold with less than one rasher of bacon. Wish I had taken a photo of the meals. They were laughable. Obviously cutting corners to keep costs down. Won't be going back.
I have been to Three Beans several times over the past 12 months - around once per month. The food is excellent and the service is great. I love that they do all day breakfasts. I'm not a coffee drinker but my husband raves about the coffee.

Just spent 30 minutes on the phone to the bank trying to track a credit card payment. Found out that 3 Beans Café trades as Aus Health Management. I spent longer paying than I did eating!
Warmly greeted and felt welcome. Breakfast was sooooooo good. Yummy and full of greens. Ordered scrambled egg and didn't get a load I couldn't manage to eat but a single egg. Perfect!
This is a great spot for coffee and breakfast, friendly staff and good food. I've now been back about 5 times and it is consistently good as well as being good value.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent. Very clean and well presented establishment.
