Called yesterday to tell them we would be coming in friday for a birthday group and wanted to make sure that there would be a lane open. we were told not to worry about it and that we should just be able to come in (after extensive advertising of birthday group packages on their website, but apparently those are only if you’re a child). we arrived and every lane was booked and there was a group of 7 ahead of us. when we expressed concern over the contradiction between the experience we were living and what we were told when we called, we were told there was nothing they could do for us and that they do not reserve lanes. even for parties. so i think it’s safe to say i will never be back in t...
This place has been truly revived the last few years. They used to never offer open bowling it was all about leagues. Now you can bring the family and bowl mist days and nights. Prices are very reasonable. There is a full bar on location as well as a kitchen putting out great food. Highly recommend to all from novice to pro.
We had a fantastic time bowling with our group of eight tonight! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. We enjoyed burgers and fries, both of which were delicious. Barb at the reception was wonderful. The shoes and balls were sanitized, and the overall environment was very clean. It was a truly positive experience!
